The Wellness With Jess program is designed for adults of all genders who are looking for a supportive structure to help them build routine and balance in their daily lives.
The program can be followed with either reset drops or soft gel caps, depending on your preference. Both options are designed to be used as part of the program.
If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have specific health concerns, it’s important that you speak with your GP or healthcare professional before starting the program.
This program is not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Phase 1 – Getting started (2–3 days)
This phase begins with nourishing foods such as vegetables, meats, dairy, fruits, nuts, and healthy oils like coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, and macadamia oil. It’s a gentle introduction to the program and helps you prepare for the routine ahead.

Phase 2 – Structured plan (23–50 days)
In this phase, you follow the provided meal plan alongside your choice of reset drops or soft gel caps. This stage is about creating structure, consistency, and routine in your day-to-day.
Remember, for those who think you will starve, the formula allows you to survive on 2000 calories per day. Your body is using up this amount of calories so you do not starve. The formula also assists in suppressing your appetite.

Phase 3 – Maintenance and balance (same duration as Phase 2)
This phase focuses on balance and variety, with more food options introduced. Reset drops or soft gel caps are not part of this phase, though you can choose supportive options such as Garcinia if needed.

After completing Phase 3, you can return to your everyday eating habits with the guidance of the plan. If you’d like further support, you may choose to begin another round of the program starting again from Phase 1.

The Wellness With Jess program is available in two options – a 25-day plan or a 50-day plan.
The 25-day plan provides enough reset drops or soft gel caps for one shorter round of the program, while the 50-day plan offers a longer round with extended support.
Once you complete either the 25-day or 50-day program, you move into Phase 3 for the same number of days as Phase 2. For example, if Phase 2 was 23 days, Phase 3 will also run for 23 days.
After Phase 3, some people choose to repeat the program from Phase 1 again if they would like further structure and support.
Everyone’s health journey is unique. If you have an existing health condition, are taking medication, or are unsure whether this program is right for you, we recommend speaking with your doctor or a qualified health professional before starting.
